Payroll Payroll Plus was established
in 1986 with a view to providing payroll services as an independent
department of a long established accountancy practice.
As payroll handling became an evermore complex
and demanding function, the specialist service provided enabled
the business to develop
and today it acts as a payroll bureau to in excess of 250 clients
of all sizes and complexities.
Our team of operatives is dedicated to provide
the best possible payroll services to all of our clients through
of payroll software and close liaison with governmental departments,
namely HM Revenue & Customs and the Department of Works & Pensions.
The payroll service is molded to suit clients'
individual requirements with a choice of weekly, fortnightly,
and monthly calculations of salary. Individual sealed payslips
are provided for each member of staff with a copy for the employer.
An additional copy is retained by us. Pay calculations are generated
automatically from the pay details provided by clients.
Details of the employer’s PAYE contributions
are notified to clients each month/quarter in order that they
may submit payment
to the Collector of Taxes.
Tax year end data is submitted electronically
in accordance with latest HM Revenue & Customs regulations.
Data exchange and enquiries can be conducted via telephone, fax,
email or post.
We have been a direct BACS submitter
for many years. In addition to the extra facility that this provides
to clients for ease of
salary payments – a single authorisation document to us – clients
can confidently rely of the regular inspections carried out by
the BACS supervision organisation which covers:
- Our bureau organisation and financial
- The physical security at our offices
- Our computer operations
- Our business continuity [disaster recovery]
- Our applications and systems support
- Our BACS processing and
- Our most recent inspection took place in September 2009. (BACS Certificate)
